    Merits of Nylon washer

    Production process

    Nylon washes are manufactured by injection molding process, this molding method is similar to the principle of the application of syringes, the body of the syringe is an injection molding machine, the injection fluid is dissolved plastic raw materials, and the finger pressure on the syringe here is the hydraulic pressure, the use of the injection pressure so that the raw materials through a small hole called “door” into the mold after the hole! The main features are: mass production of the same quality in a short period of time; complete automation from feeding raw materials to taking out the molded products; and the ability to produce molded products with high dimensional accuracy and complex structure. The main features are: the ability to produce large quantities of molded products of the same quality in a short period of time; the complete automation of the process from the input of raw materials to the removal of molded products; and the ability to produce molded products with high dimensional accuracy and complex structures. On the other hand, the investment in equipment is large, and the cost of molds is expensive. Considering the depreciation of the moulds, it can be said that this method is not suitable for small batch production.
